When Pressure Becomes Explosion:
Life is full of moments of anger. How can we wisely deal with it?
1. Anger is Human
: We all feel anger. The important thing is how we handle this emotion. It's a signal, not a sentence.
2. The Wisdom of David
: "Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; do not fret—it only causes harm." (Psalm 37:8)
3. Don’t Explode
: Anger does not solve. It multiplies problems, like a pressure cooker out of control. Breathe before acting.
4. Let Go of Revenge
: "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord." (Romans 12:19) God brings justice.
5. Practice Kindness
: When you feel angry, do good. Kindness breaks cycles of anger and promotes inner peace.
6. Breathe and Pray
: When feeling angry, pause, breathe, and pray. Seek wisdom before reacting, allowing action guided by God.
